Last week I linked up with NYC emcee Final Outlaw to shoot some promo work. This dude is constantly performing and is about to release his 2nd album 'Unstoppable Love'. If you have a love for hip-hop check out his MySpace for more info. He played me some unfinished tracks from Unstoppable Love and I must say I was pretty speechless. Very dope dude.

Erock & Losis

Last Thursday I got together with two very talented B-Boys from Bushwick, Erock and Losis, to shoot some personal work. We shot around the Bedford Ave area. It's crazy.. every second corner of New York City could be an awesome location, that's why I love this place so much. It was so incredibly hot that day and we were walking around with all the equipment I'm happy it paid off. As you can tell in the BTS photo posted below we shot during the day and since I didn't have the means to use my studio strobes we had to use shade behind buildings to our advantage.

As much as I love compositing and creating challenging pieces in photoshop it feels great to forget about all the technical aspects and just focus on capturing emotions and raw beauty.

No distractions, just life. I wish I could show you guys these pics at full resolution but you will have to wait for an exhibition :) I am looking forward to shooting more people for this series, more stories!
